Marathon Photos Live announced as Official Photography Partner for the Running Industry Awards 2025

Running Industry Alliance (RIA) is delighted to announce Marathon Photos Live as the Official Photography Partner for the Running Industry Awards 2025, taking place as a stand-alone event for RIA Members and non-Members at Loughborough University on Tuesday 9^th December after The Running Conference presented by haku.

The Running Industry Awards celebrate the individuals, brands, businesses, ideas, and innovation shaping the future of the running and triathlon industries. Delivered in partnership with RunEvents and England Athletics, this year’s Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony will bring the industry together for an unmissable evening of recognition, inspiration, and connection.

As one of the leading global event photography companies, Marathon Photos has been capturing the spirit and stories of runners since 1999. From finish line moments to large-scale endurance events worldwide, their work tells the visual story of participation, emotion, and achievement, which will all be reflected at the Running Industry Awards. 

With its own in-house programming and a data centre powered by 100% renewable electricity, Marathon Photos was the first company in the world to offer marathon photos online with a search functionality by name, number and selfie. Furthermore, with a number of mass participation events their latest technology now places the participants’ photos into their photo album within 5 seconds.

Attendees at the Running Industry Awards will be able to benefit from the selfie technology, with the photos taken going into their photo album which they can view by uploading a selfie later that evening via the Running Industry Awards events page .

Running Industry Awards 2025 are open to RIA Members and Non-Members, with finalists and winners celebrated across a diverse range of categories that recognise excellence, innovation, and community impact across the running and triathlon sectors.

The top three shortlists were announced last Friday (17^th October), and the final round of public voting is open until 7^th November via the official Awards website www.runningindustryawards.com .

It is free to vote and the winners will be announced at the prestigious Gala Awards Dinner at Loughborough University on 9^th December.
